We have a small changing area behind the sauna. Some hooks to hang a towel and a bench to sit on.

Yes, we have two salt water plunge barrels to help you cool off.

We don’t have any showers at the moment, unfortunately.

The sauna ranges from 80-100 degrees celsius depending on the number of guests. We like to try keep it at around 90.

We recommend approx 10 minutes in the sauna followed by a brief 60 seconds in the cold plunge and some time to cool down, but listen to your body and do what feels best for you.

Yes, we provide fresh drinking water and we recommend that you bring a bottle of water that you can refill during your session.

Yes, we take walk-ins but please check the availability on our website first.

No, we do not provide towels. Please be sure to bring you own towels for your session.

We recommend that you bring two towels, flip flops and a bottle of water to your session.

There is ample parking across the road at Arundel’s.

We don’t accept responsibility for any personal belongings nor do we have any lockers.
There is a small changing area where you could items at your own risk. -
There are toilets across the road in Arundel’s. They are located around the back of the building on the right side.
